This workshop is designed to provide the realtor with a greater understanding and more accurate response for customers desiring a house with good "Feng Shui".  As well, the realtor, or home owner, will pick up some valuable tips for selling homes and property. Topics included will be:

Overview of the various Schools of Feng Shui.
Concepts of Chi and movement through the house, yard, neighborhood
Location of the house relative to property, streets, cul-de-sacs, intersections and exterior structures
Curb appeal: Immediate symbolic Feng Shui reading and visibility of the front door.
Front door enhancements for immediate sale
How to address architectural and interior challenges.
Basic introduction to Color Theory, Five Elements, PaKua / BaGua mapping
What are "stigma" houses and how to resolve negative predecessor energies.
Evaluating house plans for new construction

Using Feng Shui in the Design of Websites, Corporate Branding and Promotional Materials

Using the Feng Shui principles of Color Theory, Yin/Yang Theory, Five Element Theory and the BaGua / PaKau, the interior designer or graphic designer can create powerful messages for the website and email communications, interior branding and messaging, advertisements and promotions.

This workshop will give an overview of the Feng Shui templates that can be used effectively when designing graphic messages.  Examples of websites, banners, advertising and branded interiors will be shared.

Dawn Dutcher Schwartzman, along with her husband Michael Schwartzman, is co-owner of ISI, a Cincinnati based company that designs and furnishes office interiors and commercial spaces nationwide. Dawn's specialty is in creating environments that embrace the holistic concepts of Feng Shui; ergonomic furnishings; inspired art, branding and graphics programs; interior and exterior landscaping and plantscaping; thoughtful artificial and natural lighting applications and  music and sound energy.

Dawn's expertise in Feng Shui philosophy has expanded over the years with consultations in corporate, healthcare, education, retail and landscape/garden, including companies as Procter & Gamble, United Medical Resources, Heapy Engineering, The Cincinnati Horticulture Society and Christ Hospital. She speaks frequently to various groups on topics such as Feng Shui for Business, Residential Feng Shui, Feng Shui Health Care Applications, Feng Shui for Real Estate, Feng Shui in the Garden/ Landscape and related topics

Dawn has studied with national and international masters and teachers of various schools of Feng Shui and related disciplines.  She is the Ohio Chapter Director of The International Feng Shui Guild. Dawn developed and also manages The Feng Shui Annex, a resource to provide Feng Shui products, consultation referral services, workshops and information to the Tri-State area.
